Based in Cardiff and London, we aim to support and nurture new talent, as well as represent an exclusive list of experienced actors.
Ryder Management pride themselves on having personal relationships with every client, and we understand the importance of a ‘teamwork’ philosophy; to be able to work towards a career plan that has been mutually agreed by both client and agent.
Ryder Management represents a small and select client list, to ensure a personal level of representation.

TRAINING: LIVERPOOL INSTITUTE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS (LIPA)
Craig is a multifaceted creative who has worked over the last 20 years as an actor, director, writer and producer. He has a wealth of experience across TV, Film and Theatre, in both English and Welsh language.
Having trained as a performer at The Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts (LIPA), Craig went on to perform in many West End productions such as 'Moulin Rouge! The Musical', 'Bat Out of Hell', ‘We Will Rock You’ and the original West End cast of ‘Priscilla Queen of the Desert'. He has performed all over the world in musicals, plays and onboard Cruise ships. Alongside theatre, Craig has also worked extensively in Film, Television, and Radio.

As a writer he has had his work produced in the West End, and has optioned his work to Michael Eisner's Vuguru studio in Los Angeles.
Craig believes that it is his experience of the industry, alongside his knowledge and passion for the arts, that will drive Ryder Management forward. His advice - "Listen before speaking and try to stay positive. People enjoy working with nice, positive people."

Ian has over twenty years experience in the industry. He has toured the UK and the rest of the world in theatre productions including Grease, Little Shop of Horrors, and They`re Playing Our Song. He has also been resident in San Diego, Tampa Bay, Myrtle Beach and Branson performing in Spirit of The Dance and Spirit of Broadway.
Ian has also enjoyed many years at sea, working on several cruise ships for P & O cruises including Azura, Ventura, Arcadia and Aurora.
Together with Craig, he believes that Ryder Management is the next exciting step in his career. His advice -
"Keep going, no matter what."

Theatre credits include - Kathy And Stella Solve a Murder! (Workshop), Dark Lord (Workshop), Heather McNamara in Heathers The Musical: LIVE (The Roku Channel), Heather McNamara in Heathers The Musical (The Other Palace), New Wave Girl in Heathers The Musical (Theatre Royal Haymarket), Cinderella in Cinderella (Cardiff New Theatre), Ensemble/Second cover Éponine in Les Misérables (UK Tour), and Ilse in Spring Awakening (Hope Mill Theatre) where she was nominated for Best Actress in a Musical at The 2018 Stage Debut Awards. In 2024 she was made an honorary associate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama for her significant contributions and achievements to the arts and society early on in her career.
Teleri has recently completed a screenwriting course with NFTS Wales and continues to pursue writing opportunities and avenues. Teleri believes that her varied career to date will compliment her journey into assisting as an agent.
